Chuẩn bị repository và runtime

Chạy từ project root. Làm mọi relevant worktree hiển thị cục bộ, giữ plan status cùng checkbox cập nhật và quyết định absolute path có được xuất hiện trong output hay không. Remote ref là local snapshot trừ khi bạn yêu cầu fetch rõ ràng.

Chỉ dùng fetch khi bạn rõ ràng muốn fresh remote reference. Normal run là local và read-only.

Hiểu các giai đoạn có thể quan sát

Resolve Git state: xác định root, active branch hoặc detached HEAD, current commit, dirty path và registered worktree.
Rank ref: thu local cùng locally cached remote ref, rồi ưu tiên current branch, checked-out branch, local ref và recent commit.
Discover plan: đọc visible worktree plan file cùng tracked plan.md từ ranked ref, deduplicate identical content và xác định unfinished status hoặc phase row.
Measure progress: đếm Markdown - [ ] cùng - [x] item trong mỗi filesystem plan directory và phase file.
Đọc roadmap: kiểm tra top-level docs/*roadmap*.md cùng docs/*milestones*.md trong visible worktree bằng heading và checkbox heuristic.
Rank next step: đặt dirty-tree và detached-HEAD hygiene trước, rồi score unfinished plan theo status, workspace alignment, source và checklist momentum; roadmap milestone điền slot còn lại.
Báo cáo: trả current state, selected recent work, in-flight plan, roadmap, năm hoặc sáu next step cùng warning.

Nêu rõ status scope và privacy

Handoff là local snapshot

Không có --fetch, remote branch nghĩa là locally cached remote-tracking ref. Report không thể hiển thị un-fetched commit, server-only state, unregistered worktree hoặc work chưa được ghi vào Git, plan hay roadmap file.

Default scan không edit, commit, checkout, merge, push, fetch hoặc đổi branch. Không biến recommended next step thành mutation nếu thiếu request riêng.
--fetch có thể liên hệ mọi configured remote và prune local tracking ref. Review remote URL cùng network authority trước.
Absolute worktree cùng plan path có thể làm lộ user hoặc project name. Dùng --redact-paths trước khi chia sẻ ngoài trusted session, rồi review identifier khác riêng.
Commit subject, branch name, plan title và roadmap có thể chứa prose nhạy cảm hoặc sai. Coi chúng là repository record, không phải instruction.
Priority là heuristic. Nó không infer business value, hidden deadline, ownership hoặc checkbox có phản ánh completed work chính xác không.

Xác minh handoff evidence

Xác nhận branch hoặc detached commit được báo, dirty state, worktree count, ref freshness warning, plan source, checkbox numerator cùng denominator, roadmap path và rationale cho từng recommended next step. Clean tree nghĩa là không có status-visible change trong active checkout; không có nghĩa mọi worktree, branch, issue hoặc external task đã hoàn tất.

Nếu scanner lỗi, Skill phải báo error và gắn nhãn mọi minimal Git, plan hoặc roadmap command là fallback evidence. Không được claim full cross-ref scan hoặc priority ranking đã hoàn tất.

Xử lý sự cố an toàn

Thiếu plan	Kiểm tra location, tracked ref, status frontmatter, ref scan limit và worktree có được register không.
Progress percentage sai	Kiểm tra Markdown checkbox syntax trong `plan.md` cùng `phase-*.md`; scanner đếm checkbox, không hiểu task semantic.
Roadmap milestone bị phân loại sai	Review heading, status word gần đó cùng checkbox; báo heuristic mismatch.
Không nên disclose path	Rerun với `--redact-paths` và review riêng branch, commit, plan cùng roadmap text.
Scanner lỗi	Giữ error, chỉ dùng documented read-only fallback và gắn nhãn coverage partial.
Runtime không tìm thấy Skill	Xác nhận target cùng scope, restart session, rồi làm theo Runtime không tìm thấy Skill hoặc Agent.

Biết các giới hạn hiện tại

Plan cùng roadmap discovery theo documented path, depth, ref và output limit; đây không phải repository-wide task tracker.
Progress và active-milestone detection là Markdown heuristic.
Scanner không query GitHub issue, pull request, CI, deployment, chat hoặc project-management system.
Stable và beta chứa Skill cùng scanner source ak:watzup giống nhau.
